BPM H.I.I.T. Cardio:
“Sit Up and Jump”

Description: This one will be familiar to athletes. You will perform 10 sit ups, stand up, and perform 10 vertical leaps. Try and reach as high as you can each time, as well as to go all the way down, each time you prepare your jump. Think of yourself as one big spring, and you want to get everything out of each repetition. You will then rest for 30 seconds to 1 minute. To make this one harder, add in a round of 10 pushups, after your vertical leaps.

BPM Abs Circuit (1-2 minutes rest between sets; perform circuit 3 times):
Sit Ups (10 reps) + Air Bike (20 reps) + Plank (30-60 seconds)

Beginner Option

BPM LISS Cardio (30-40 minutes):
Treadmill, Elliptical Trainer, StairMaster or Recumbent Stationary Bike

Notes:
*Cardio tip: choose your favorite cardio machine (I like to alternate), and then perform at a pace that is difficult enough to where you are breaking a light sweat (60-70% of your max heart rate), but to where you could still keep a conversation going with someone if you had to.
